For the second time this year, USPS is increasing its postage rates, with an overall average price increase of 6.8%. Among some of the changes to be aware of are a first-class stamp increase from 55 cents to 58 cents and a first-class meter increase to 53 cents; for marketing mail, letter rates are increasing 6.5% and 8.8% for flats.
