How do world class organizations engage their customers?
The Priority Group is an expert at helping market leaders answer this question with unique and innovative marketing solutions. One such market leader is the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League (NFL). The Colts retained Diversity Press, a member of the Priority Group and an MBE-certified, Black-owned business, to help them with their customer engagement initiatives. Diversity Press provides printing, mailing, marketing, and communications expertise through a variety of marketing vehicles and channels.
For the 2022 season, the Colts asked one central question:
“How can we better engage our Season Ticket Members at the season kick-off and better show them our appreciation?”
The answer was to enhance the new Colts tradition of producing a commemorative, personalized kit for each Season Ticket Member, making the 2022 season launch memorable for everyone and kicking the season off on a high note.
These kits included:
- A customized, Colts branded commemorative gift box
- A black backpack featuring the Colts logo and “Season Ticket Member”, sourced through an NFL licensed vendor
- Commemorative mock tickets personalized with the member’s name
- A Season Ticket Membership card, personalized with the member’s name, account number, and the contact information for the Colts designated member service representative
- A welcome letter to the Season Ticket Member from Head Coach Frank Reich
- A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) letter for Members prior to the season
- A coupon sheet for the Pro Shop
As a beloved NFL franchise, the Colts have thousands of Season Ticket Members. To execute this initiative, the Priority Group and Diversity Press team sourced, printed, customized, assembled, labeled, and shipped these special kits to arrive at the home of all Season Ticket Members before the first home preseason game against the Detroit Lions on August 20th. For the Colts, this meant working with Diversity Press to streamline and overhaul their entire portfolio of printing, marketing, and engagement needs to better meet the expectations of Colts customers and fans.
